I Have..

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)! Yea I partly have OCD.. kua~
I like to always nudge this one switch panel (the whole panel not just the switch) that turns the kitchen light on, every day, without fail! Sometimes even every time I pass it I will always nudge it a little without a thought! Because I feel like its never aligned enough with the wall tiles.
Haha! One other thing I always like to clean tables after eating especially in restaurants or food stalls I'd always get extra tissues to wipe the whole table! I mean like just think, you might put your hands on the table while you eat and well you don't know whats been on that table before you, and you have no idea where's the cleaning cloth been to before wiping your table! Eww..
Then there are things that just always seem not right and I'd just want to correct them like stacks of magazines or books yea make 'em all nice and arranged!

Well anyway I had some things I'd wanted to post sometime ago
End up I forgot about it so hahaha oh well when I recall anything then um..
I'll update more la , darn now why didn't I write it all out earlier
Recently my shoulder's been really bothering me so I went to see..
Doctor! no not a clinic doctor, those Chinese doctors whossitswhats
Oh never mind you know what I mean la those docs can massage until PAIN!

Like how can anyone stand that kind of pain and not shed a tear!
Ok well I didn't haha but still it was really excruciatingly torturous!
Vicious stings still come every now and then like reminders to me
Every other time I have to make sure I don't sit the wrong way or else!
Soo leceh! oh well as long as I can fix this two year old bother..

Did you know most problems I had that the Doc told me was err..
Over-use of the phone and the computer! like OMG~
Really la now if all that caused my aches.. Can't blame cheer!

Have you ever felt like..

When you've stayed home for far too long you've lost all sense of the world around you. One day you finally decide to get out of your house to hang out at some places or meet your friends, who you've been hiding away from since you'd started with what ever activity thats been keeping you at home which in my case being able to try out The Sims 3 and of course, assignments stacked up together.. One pile, two pile, three pile.. etc.

You suddenly get this weird Fascination for every one other object you look at, come across or upon, every one person you meet, every place you go, every word heard and spoken, really like ... EVERYTHING !

How people laugh, how they'd gossip with one another animatedly at a café table, when two long forgotten friends meet each other after a long period of time, the way they speak, the languages they converse in, to the different postures of how they stand while they seem to be self-consciously looking around, observing their surroundings, trying to catch other people who happen to be looking at them?

And then it gets more detailed than just that, the tone and volume of their voices, the sweetness of a ladies speech, the hardness of a man's anger, the expressions they show when they try their hardest to communicated their thoughts, it all sounds like music to me, just at those moments.

Really, even an argument between a husband and wife sometimes just seems so amusing, or a dispute between a sales manager trying to calm down a customer, or well.. you get the picture I hope. Yes to me, it is very much similar to watching TV. Y'know, all those dramas you watch every other evening *Chinese serials for my case* and even now, these days you'll get to watch most of it on the Internet *Yea I do watch every now and then when someone else is watching* .

Where on earth am I going with this? I have no idea, I can't put a finger on it, I really can't describe it either very well for now. All I can say about this strange feeling right now is..

Its a wonderful world out there,
from the good to the bad of it all,
you'll really learn how to appreciate everything,
IF only you stood back, and watched in awe..

Regain . Recall . Return

I just got one of my many very very missed Dreams this morning! =D
Its been so long since I've got any of these stuff whatever you want to call it;
Active-brain-during-sleep thoughts and its me thinking too much even when I'm asleep, maybe even possibly Psychic Visions or Premonitions of the past or of the many possible futures to come, then again it may just be my over-imaginative mind creating its own work of art during its long awaited free time in the night. I wonder where does it get all its material..

Maybe there's some relation to this with my past few months of hectic unscheduled err.. schedule. Minding with work day and night, worrying about something, everything or nothing at all, wondering too much more than needed about other things, and the things of other things, AND the other things of other things! and the.. you get the picture..
My head has been filled with all other kinds of cluttered thoughts and memories (I don't mean insignificant information or anything like that. Its all still important just Rojak-ed mixed up like tasty sauce and a whole lot of veggies and the occasional pieces of Sotong)

Another possible contributor might have been one other reason, my sudden inspiration to make music once more after a certain period of disinterest (again I owe this to the workload). Now this I will not include all the music mixing and editing for Cheer09 that shall be considered as the tiresome work I mentioned earlier.

This sudden flood of creativeness with music, I owe it either to the much needed release of thoughts and err stress? Or maybe its just my irritating fringe at the front that I should probably do something about today. Randomly blamed. =P
Okay really now.. I tend to pick up my guitar and start playing away anything that reaches to my fingers from my mind.

Came up with something since some few days ago. Started me off with a little bit of Acoustic Recording at home even. IF I complete a whole piece of OK-lah music I'll try put it up somewhere on my blog maybe. Actually I have a lot of other stuff before. But it all got deleted because of a much needed formatting of the PC and regretfully none of the old compositions were saved. So oh well spring-cleaned and start fresh!

ANYHOW!

Point is.. i woke up early today from a weird dream, remembered I didn't eat dinner because I slept early, feared for a case of gastritis, rushed down to kitchen, found Oreos and ate a whole lot of it, feel better now. Phew!

Oreos saved my life. Hahaha!

Musicals and Instant Cup Noodles

Once upon a time, in a place some land 'here' not far away from 'there', which is actually nearer to 'there' than 'here' somehow, that I have no clue where 'there' is and in that case have no idea how I can say its close to 'here'.. I have been willed by supernatural forces of the unseen.. to Update!

Yea yea I know its been a super long time that I have not updated anything here but.. who cares~ (Apparently the ones that are quite bored at home and on their semester breaks or holidays or y'know that sorta stuff care) Actually I do have a ton of stuff to put on in this here blog o' mine.. but well somehow it kind of always ends up in the DRAFTS section. =P

SO lets see first up is.. Prom: The Musical!
Woo! I can say it was a really fantastic experience getting involved in all that stage performance stuff. From the auditions which regretfully I did not try out for due to certain err.. things. Then there were the endless rehearsals where I've only been to one to check out the music arrangements before the stage rehearsals. Then there's the Music Arranging and Editing for each scene (Yeah did a whole~ lot of music editing I did) and witnessing the ever developing stage set-up which never ends up until the final day of the production, and the few Stage Rehearsals with an almost complete stage and music. The sound system was awesome! had a bit of a problem with the Play button though. VERY SENSITIVE!

First few days of the stage show were kinda.. bumpy. =P
There were a few mis-pressed buttons, off-cues and technically difficult experiences (rephrased hahaha) though what more could anyone really expect from a production like this as instant as.. a cup of instant noodles! Put all the seasoning in Mix hot water Work it up for a good few minutes and Tada~! Awesome tasty noodles! As far as I've heard, it was really a huge rush to finish everything up for the big show, and it was truthfully all WORTH IT!! *ahem* Yet again I totally regret not joining in earlier from the start or I could've prevented all those nights of staying up and days of carrying extra bags under the eyes!

As long as the end result is worth all the work lah. Most importantly of course is that everyone involved acquires that unforgettable long living memory of an experience that can be treasured forever.. especially the Audience! What makes a stage production a success? I would say its how the whole production team (including the cast of course) gets to play around with the audience's feelings, how they slosh about the emotions of all the people sitting attentively in their chairs, manipulating their feelings to feel what the characters in the story feel, to make sure the audience get what they expect to get for their money's worth!

For my part in the play.. I've definitely got one of the most valuable work experiences in this lifetime so far, keeping in mind that my real interests have always been the very ones that you would most likely discover when being involved in theater and stage productions, and it has certainly showed me that I can really go where my curiosity brings me to. Unfortunately, of course there's always a BUT in my case.. how do I get back once again on this wonder of an opportunity to attempt what I've always wanted to have a go at. (If you didn't notice yet by this point I am probably quite sleepy, hence the long maybe pointless words written above)

The Cast and Production Crew did have very little time to complete everything and to try out the stage for full rehearsals like most other stage productions usually do. Even then, considering the outcome of the whole process. It is more of a gain than a complete loss. I've got to meet more interesting people which I never knew existed (I don't meet new people much) and to find out they don't really live thaaaat far away too haha goodness what have I been doing staying under a rock?!

What have I learned from all this? I guess one thing that has been further reinforced is mainly the one part that people say don't judge a book by its cover. Once if you get the chance to know people better and you patiently genuinely attempt to do so, you'll really really know the person so much more BETTER! ALSO I now know how to drive to KLPAC, some few locations nearby and how to go home from there! Ahh point being.. The Cup noodles were simply just Yummy. =)
